Banana Nut Cake
2-3 mashed bananas
¾ cup sugar (raw)
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup olive oil
1 egg
¼ cup milk
1½ cups flour (plain)
1 teaspoon baking soda
Crushed walnuts
Mix all ingredients together in the order listed.
Pour into lightly greased and floured loaf tin. Decorate top with walnut halves. Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.
Can be made into muffins!
